Please reach out to us if you feel you have been missed, as mistakes can be made when clients have multiple accounts. No physical membership card will be issued. Memberships can not be shared. Membership discounts can not be redeemed for cash and can not be combined with any other offer, including packages, courses, off-peak & last minute discounts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Selfish has a 24H cancelation policy. Cancelation requests via texts, DMs, voicemails and contact form enquiries are not accepted. If your appointment is changed, canceled or rescheduled with less then 24H notice we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancelation fee. For cancelations with 3 hour notice or less and no-shows a cancelation fee of 100% will be charged. If you are late for your appointment and we can not accommodate you, full price of the services booked will be charged, regardless of a shorter or none services provided. For group bookings our cancelation policy is 48H. Selfish reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards or staff or clientele.
